1Overview

All equipment sold by Katool Gear ships free of charge to addresses in the contiguous United States. Machines ship by LTL freight carrier; small parts and accessories ship by ground parcel.

2Processing & lead times

Orders are confirmed by email within one business day. Most equipment ships directly from the manufacturer or distribution center within 7–21 business days of order confirmation. In-stock accessories ship in 1–3 business days.

Lead times are estimates. Manufacturer backorders, weather and carrier capacity can extend them; we will email you if your order is delayed more than 5 business days beyond the quoted window, and you may cancel for a full refund at any point before dispatch.

3How freight delivery works

  1. Dispatch notice. When your machine leaves the warehouse you receive an email with the carrier name, PRO/tracking number and a delivery estimate.
  2. Appointment call. The carrier phones the number on your order to schedule a delivery window (usually a 4-hour block, weekdays). Please answer unknown numbers during this period — missed appointments cause redelivery fees.
  3. Curbside delivery. The truck delivers to the curb or the nearest safe point a 53-foot trailer can reach. Drivers do not enter garages, back yards or unpaved driveways.
  4. Unloading. Most machines are too heavy for a liftgate. You are responsible for unloading — a forklift, loading dock, tractor with forks, or ramps for drive-off. If you have none of these, tell us before you order and we will quote a liftgate or a flatbed/tilt-bed delivery.
  5. Inspect and sign. Inspect the machine before signing the delivery receipt. See the next section.

4Inspecting your delivery

Before the driver leaves, check the crate or pallet and the machine for visible damage and make sure the number of pieces matches the delivery receipt. If anything is damaged or missing, write it on the receipt before you sign (for example "crate damaged, subject to inspection") and take photos.

Email us at [YOUR EMAIL] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Damage reported this way is handled at no cost to you, as described in our Returns & refunds policy.
